Blåbrygga Bar og Spiseri

Blåbrygga is one of the newest resturants in Trondheim, and they have managed to do what Fru Inger didn't. And that is to make good food from fresh groceries from the environments around Trondheim.

Fru Inger has probaby lastet longer if it hadn't been for Hellstrøms show "Hellstrøm rydder opp!". Maybe not the greates idea Morten Fjeldsaunet(The former ower of Fru Inger) have had to sign up for that show.

Blåbrygga has a rich menu to choose from, both fish, pasta, steak and pizza to fair prices. All of their guests get a free appetizer, which is the resturants little speciality. It's a course from Turkey, which is made of meat and vegetables mixed to gether and put in "wineleafs". You get garlic mayonnes to dip it in. Tastes different, put very good.

Recommend everyone to try it when they are in Trondheim=)

I've layed down a lot of hours at that place! But now I have handed in my notice and I'll quit in the end of June!

I'll miss all the people there!It have been a lot of fun!
